He has great experience and knowledge with regards to overseas corporations adapting to the UK market and business communication between cultures. It is with great enthusiasm that Norman has established Verge Cross-Cultural Communication Ltd in the UK and positioned his son at the forefront of the Chinese operations. He has long since held the view that cross-cultural communication and related services have been largely neglected, and he is confident Verge will prove to be a market leader in this sector.
